Defining Kemet

Say it loud: "I'm black and I'm proud". Actually, when you learn the Medu Netcher, heiroglyphs, and various names used to define Kemet (KMT), that familiar chant may take on a whole new meaning. You may find yourself very much wanting to say: "Say it loud: I'm BLACK and I'm proud!"
The Geography of Kemet

Afrika was the breadbasket of the world and Kemet was it's "Jewel of the Nile". Coming under constant attack, invasion and overthrow, the geographical history of this coveted land is complex, at best.
This section provides a cursory understanding of the geography and lands known as Kemet, Nubia, Ethiopia, and Kush.
The History of Kemet
How old is our Kemetic Kushite legacy? Well, depending on who you ask, you're likely to hear several different answers.

In this section, Temple of Anu provides a factual account of our documented history and then offers some "food for thought" in calculating a timeline based on a true understanding of our Kemetic ancestors. But, don't wait for others to define your ancestral lineage, decide for yourself!
