1. Control of thought.
2. Control of action.

3. Steadfastness of purpose.
4. Faith in your teacher's ability to lead you on the path of truth.
5. Faith in your own ability to accept truth.
6. Faith in your own ability to act with wisdom.
7. Freedom from resentment under persecution.
8. Freedom from resentment under the experience of wrong.
9. The ability to distinguish right from wrong.
10. The ability to distinguish real from unreal.
